Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers as best as we can. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair for both our customers and our business.
Cancellations within 12 Hours of Your Reservation: For cancellations made within 12 hours of your scheduled trip, we cannot issue a refund. This policy ensures that we can properly allocate resources for all guests.
Cancellations Over 12 Hours Before Your Reservation: For cancellations made more than 12 hours before your scheduled trip, you’re eligible to reschedule, or receive a credit for a future reservation.
No-Shows: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for no-shows.
Late Arrivals: We will do our best to make sure you go on the next available trip if there is available time and capacity.
Weather Policy: In case of severe weather or unsafe water conditions, we may cancel or reschedule the trip for safety reasons. If we cancel due to weather or conditions beyond our control, guests can choose between a full refund, credit for future adventure, or a reschedule.
Emergency Cancellations: For cancellations due to medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will evaluate on a case-by-case basis and work with you to find a solution.
Note: All cancellation requests must be submitted via email or phone. Please allow up to 5 business days for the processing of refunds.
